April 9, 2008, 10:18 am | NOTICE TO BLUE EARTH COUNTY PROPERTY OWNERS
Blue Earth County's printing and distribution vendor for property tax mailings has indicated that Blue Earth County property owners may have received their tax mailing late; therefore, some property owners may not receive a valuation notice within the 10-day notification period prior to their Local Board of Appeal and Equalization meeting. Property owners who did not receive their valuation notice timely, or have questions or concerns regarding their valuation, should call Blue Earth County Taxpayer Services at 507-304-4251. Blue Earth County will ensure an appeal process is made available to all property tax owners affected by the vendor error.

The commercial-classed, industrial-classed, and apartment-classed properties in the County are available on-line. These properties can be searched just like the residential and agricultural properties.
The “Sales Search” feature is also available for the commercial and industrial properties under commercial sale search.
